  7. my opinion about this quote is, if you hold in all your anger and dont ever talk about it, the only person you are truely hurting is yourself. you got to open up and tell someone how you are feeling and get all the anger out. if not it could drive you insane. Get it out and out in the open. get it all off your chest and you will feel alot better.

  8. i love this quote. it is so true. my mom used to tell me something like this all of the time. i am never one to share my feelings and there are a lot of people that are the same way and it hurts all of them.

  9. He is talking about how sometimes we hold onto our anger, thinking we're hurting the other person. Because holding onto it makes us feel stronger, like we're "winning" somehow. But really, the bitterness that we're holding onto is only hurting us. Making us unhappy and angry all the time. Usually the other person has forgotten, or really doesn't care if you're angry with them or not. And therefore you are not gaining anything by holding onto that hot coal of anger.

  10. I agree because if you hold anger in for to long your going to end up taking it out on the wrong person, hurting your relationship with that person.

  11. this is so true. you maybe angery at some one else but in the end you get hurt worse than the person you are angery at

  12. This quote, I feel, is true because of the outcomes that result from holding in your anger. Continuesly building up your anger can allow for you to take it out on the wrong person, possibly someone close to you. In the long run, your still left in the situation alone.

  14. Consider this - have you ever known someone that ALWAYS holds in their feelings? What happens???? One day they eventually blow up from all of those bottled up feelings. No one can hold in their feelings forever - it will come out in some way and typically in not a good way.

  17. i agree with this quote. when you hold in anger, it is hurting you. your only going to bring yourself down so get help with your anger or find a way to let it out!

  18. By holding onto anger that you have for someone/something only affects you, and hurts you. You are turing into a bitter person by not releasing and dealing with that anger.

  19. I agree. This quote is saying that people who hold onto their feelings will hurt themselves in the long run instead of letting everything out and maybe upsetting somebody for a little bit. Let things out... its better that way.

  20. I think this is saying that people who hold in their feelings will hurt themselves more then others. You cant just bottle everything up inside becuase you will no longer be yourself and sooneror later ull let it all out and might regret doing so.

  21. I belive this if you hold in all your anger i will build all up inside and will hurt you. Also so if you just keep holding it in then someone say something to you and you take it in the wrong way or looks at you the wrong way you might just let it out on them and not mean to.
